Accommodation ladders are made of aluminium alloy of higher tensile strength, corrosion-resistant in marine environment. Connection fittings are made of stainless steel. Steel to aluminium interfaces are well insulated with plastic washers and sleeves of adequate strength.

Assigned for handling by ladder outriggers. Stanchions assume vertical position by simply pushing or pulling away the handrail edge from upper platform.

Accommodation ladders meet the requirements of international standard ISO 5488. The ladders can be supplied with certificates of Classification Societies on request.
